Piano Project Grants - INSTRUMENTS
Grants of up to $1000 are available to source a musical instrument for a child to use for practice.
Piano Project only supports the purchasing of second hand instruments, we are in the process of creating a list of good places to source pre-loved instruments that have been well restored. The grant will support the purchase of an instrument priced under $1000.
To apply for this grant, please prepare a document with the subheadings outlined below, and email it to pianoproject.au@gmail.com with ‘grant application’ in the subject line.
The subheadings are in bold, each of these must be included in the application. Our explanations are in italics, these explanations form our eligibility criteria.

In order to be eligible for this grant, the household income must be under the limit set by Services Australia to apply for the Low Income Health Care Card, as defined here: https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/income-test-for-low-income-health-care-card. Please confirm that the household income of the recipient of this grant is under this limit.Instrument
Please tell us the type of instrument you would like. Your application needs to include a quote for the cost of the purchase and the cost of deliver and tuning. If you would like a recommendation for where to source a piano, please email us first - pianoproject.au@gmail.com
